HM9 – BIRSTWITH ROAD/ELTON LANE – IN CO-OPERATION WITH THE PARISH COUNCIL WE COMMISSIONED A LANDSCAPE CONSULTANT TO PRODUCE A REPORT SHOWING THE IMPORTANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE.  SO FAR THE COUNCIL HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THEIR LANDSCAPE REPORT.

ROWDEN LANE – THE DEVELOPERS HAVE NOW SUBMITTED AN APPEAL AGAINST THEIR FIRST APPLICATION FOR 130 HOUSES – THE APPEAL IS GOING TO BE “WRIT REP” WHICH MEANS WE ALL HAVE TO WRITE OUR OBJECTIONS TO THE INSPECTOR BY MAY 9th.
